Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Line tray with parchment paper for easy cleaning.

Prepare cauliflower

  • Wash cauliflower well. Cut into medium florets. Keep sizes even for cooking.

Season florets

  • Place cauliflower in bowl. Add olive oil. Toss gently to coat.

Add dry coating

  • Add cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Arrange on tray

  • Place florets on tray. Leave space between pieces for crispiness.

Bake quickly

  • Bake for 8 minutes. Flip pieces gently using tongs.

Add buffalo sauce

  • Brush or toss cauliflower with buffalo sauce evenly.

Final bake

  • Bake 2 more minutes until crispy and sticky.

Garnish and serve

  • Remove from oven. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot and fresh.
