Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk warm
  • 1/4 cup water warm
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg

For the Filling

  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened

For the Glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 –2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • Mix warm milk, water, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Let sit 5 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dough Ingredients

  • Add flour, salt, melted butter and egg to yeast mixture. Stir until combined.

Knead the Dough

  • Knead dough on floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise

  • Place dough in greased bowl. Cover with cloth. Let rise for 1 hour until doubled.

Prepare Filling

  • Mix Biscoff cookie butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and softened butter in small bowl.

Roll Out Dough

  • Roll dough into rectangle approximately 12x18 inches on floured surface.

Spread Filling

  • Spread cookie butter mixture evenly over dough rectangle. Leave small edges free.

Roll the Dough

  • Roll dough tightly from long edge into log shape. Pinch seam to seal.

Cut Rolls

  • Use knife to cut log into 12 even rolls. Place rolls in lined baking tray.

Let Rolls Rise

  • Cover rolls with cloth. Let rise 20 minutes until slightly puffed.

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.

Bake Rolls

  • Bake rolls for 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in small bowl until smooth.

Drizzle Glaze

  • Pour glaze over warm rolls generously. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve

Notes

  • Use chilled dough for easier rolling
