Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves fresh and minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tahini optional but tasty

Instructions
 

Prepare the Garlic

  • Peel and mince the garlic. Use a garlic press if you want a smooth paste for extra flavor.

Add Ingredients to Blender

  • Place yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, vinegar, and salt in a blender and secure the lid well.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend all ingredients for a few seconds. Stop and scrape the sides with a spatula to make the mix even.

Adjust Thickness

  • Add one tablespoon of water to thin the dressing. Blend again until you get a creamy and smooth texture.

Check the Taste

  • Taste the dressing. Add more salt, lemon, or garlic if you want a stronger or fresher flavor.

Chill Before Serving

  • Pour the dressing into a jar. Let it chill in the fridge for at least thirty minutes for the best taste.
