  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare The Vegetables

  • Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Cook The Onion

  • Heat the butter and olive oil in a large pot. Cook the onion until soft and translucent.

Add The Garlic
