  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta

  • Boil water in a pot. Add macaroni. Cook until soft but firm. Drain and set aside.

Heat the Oil

  • Warm olive oil in a skillet. Keep medium heat. Add onions and stir.

Add the Garlic

  • Add minced garlic. Stir for one minute. Do not burn it.

Cook the Beef

  • Add ground beef. Break it into pieces. Cook until brown.

Remove Excess Fat

  • Drain extra fat. Leave a little for flavor. Return beef to pan.

Add Tomato Sauce

  • Pour tomato sauce in. Stir slowly until smooth.
