Instructions
 

Prepare the Rice

  • Make rice ahead of time. Use leftover rice for the best texture. Break any clumps gently with a fork.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet. Add chicken, season lightly, and cook until golden and fully cooked.

Scramble the Eggs

Sauté the Vegetables
