Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade:

  • 2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Garlic Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flatbreads or tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Marinade

  • Mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.

Marinate the Chicken

  • Add sliced chicken to the marinade. Mix well. Let it sit at least 15 minutes for best flavor.

Make the Garlic Sauce

  • Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth. Chill until ready.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken. Cook 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.

Prepare the Vegetables

  • Wash and chop lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion. Keep them ready for assembling the wraps.

Warm the Flatbreads

  • Heat flatbreads on a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes. This makes them soft and easy to roll.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Place cooked chicken on flatbread. Add lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion. Drizzle garlic sauce on top.

Roll the Wraps

  • Fold the sides of the flatbread and roll tightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
