  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and place the pie crust in a pie dish.

Toast the Pecans

  • Bake pecans for 5 minutes to enhance flavor.

Add Chocolate

  • Spread chocolate chips evenly into the pie crust.

Add Pecans
