  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Eggs
  • Milk or plant-based milk
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Coconut oil or olive oil
  • Vanilla extract
  • Dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C or 350°F. Line a muffin tray with liners or lightly grease each cup.

Mix dry ingredients

  • In a large bowl, add flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Prepare wet ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, honey, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Combine wet and dry

Add chocolate chips
