Ingredients
  

  • 300 g ground chicken
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 6 slider buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 4 lettuce leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Heat the Pan

  • Place a pan on medium heat. Add oil and butter. Let them melt and heat well.

Cook the Onion and Garlic

  • Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until soft and light golden. Stir often.

Add the Meat

  • Add chicken and beef to the pan. Break it with a spatula. Cook until brown.

Season the Meat

  • Add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Mix well. Cook for two more minutes.

Chop the Meat Mix

  • Use the spatula to chop the meat finely. Mix everything together well.

Add Cheese

  • Place cheese slices over the hot meat. Let them melt slowly.

Mix the Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.

Combine Sauce and Meat

  • Add sauce to the meat mixture. Stir gently until creamy and well mixed.

Prepare the Buns

  • Cut slider buns in half. Place them on a baking tray.

Fill the Sliders

  • Spoon the chopped mixture onto the buns. Spread evenly.

Add Fresh Toppings

  • Add chopped tomato and lettuce on top of the meat.

Close the Buns

  • Place the top buns gently over the filling.

Bake the Sliders

  • Bake at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes until warm and soft.

Serve Hot

  • Remove from oven and serve warm. Enjoy every bite.
