  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For The Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing the crust

Instructions
 

Activate The Yeast

  • Mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Let it rest for five minutes until foamy.

Make The Dough

  • Add flour, salt and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead The Dough

  • Knead for about eight minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let The Dough Rise

  • Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for one hour.

Prepare The Sauce

  • Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar and Italian seasoning.

Preheat The Oven

  • Heat the oven to 475°F and prepare the pizza pan.

Shape The Dough

  • Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on the pan.

Add The Sauce

  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

Add The Cheese

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese across the pizza.

Add Toppings
