Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked ground beef
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage
  • ¼ cup sliced onions
  • ¼ cup sliced green peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil in a bowl. Let it rest until you see bubbles on top.

Add Flour

  • Add flour slowly. Stir with a wooden spoon until the dough feels soft and a little sticky.

Knead the Dough

  • Place the dough on a floured surface. Knead for five minutes until smooth and stretchy.

Let the Dough Rise

  • Put the dough in a greased bowl. Cover it. Let it rise for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce

  • Mix pizza sauce with oregano, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
