  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional

Prepare Vegetables

  • Shred cabbage and carrots finely. Use a grater or food processor for uniform texture.

Make Dressing

  • In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, black pepper and Dijon mustard until smooth.
