  • 1 teaspoon pandan extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Bloom the Gelatin

  • In a small bowl, mix gelatin with water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes soft and sponge-like.

Heat the Cream Mixture

  • In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, cream and sugar. Heat gently while stirring until sugar dissolves completely.

Add Flavor

  • Add pandan extract, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine flavors evenly.

Dissolve Gelatin

  • Add bloomed gelatin into the warm mixture. Stir continuously until it dissolves fully without lumps.

Strain the Mixture

  • Pour mixture through a fine strainer. This ensures smooth texture and removes any lumps.
