Ingredients
  

For the chicken:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

For topping:

  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

For honey mustard sauce:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Prepare the chicken

  • Flatten chicken breasts slightly using a rolling pin. This helps them cook evenly and stay juicy.

Set up coating station

  • Place flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in separate bowls for easy coating.

Season the chicken

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides.

Coat the chicken

  • Dip chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs. Press gently to coat evenly.

Fry the chicken

  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken until golden and crispy on both sides.

Transfer to baking dish

  • Place fried chicken in a baking dish for final cooking.

Add toppings

  • Top each piece with ham and Swiss cheese slices.

Bake the chicken

  • Bake at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts and chicken is fully cooked.

Prepare sauce and serve

  • Mix sauce ingredients and serve with chicken. Enjoy hot and crispy meal.
