Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken breast cubed or whole
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables

Instructions
 

Prepare Crockpot

  • Lightly grease the crockpot to prevent sticking during cooking.

Add Chicken

  • Place chicken at the bottom of the crockpot evenly.

Add Rice

  • Spread uncooked rice evenly over the chicken.

Mix Liquid

  • In a bowl, mix broth, cream soup and milk until smooth.

Pour Mixture

  • Pour liquid mixture over chicken and rice evenly.

Add Seasoning

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika on top.

Add Vegetables

  • Add peas or mixed vegetables evenly over the mixture.

Cook Slowly

  • Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.

Stir Gently

  • Stir everything gently before serving to combine flavors.

Serve Hot
