Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray before starting the recipe.

Cook the Onion

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Add onion and cook until soft and slightly golden nicely.

Add Garlic and Mushrooms
