  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rose petals for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons cold water if needed

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cucumber

  • Wash the cucumber carefully. Chop it into very small pieces for better texture and easier mixing with yogurt.

Add the Yogurt

  • Place thick plain yogurt into a large mixing bowl. Stir gently until smooth and creamy without lumps.

Mix the Cucumbers
