Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Dinty Moore Beef Stew
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 bay leaf optional

Instructions
 

Heat the Pot

  • Put a large pot on medium heat. Add the butter and olive oil. Let them melt.

Add Chopped Onions

  • Add the chopped onions. Cook for two minutes until they become soft.

Add Carrots and Potatoes

  • Add the carrots and potatoes. Mix well and cook for three minutes.

Add Seasonings

  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix so all vegetables get coated.

Pour Beef Broth

  • Add the beef broth. Let it start to simmer for a few minutes.

Add Dinty Moore Stew Cans

  • Open the cans and add them to the pot. Stir everything together.

Add Peas

  • Add the peas. Stir gently so they spread in the stew.

Add Bay Leaf

  • Add the bay leaf for extra flavor.

Let It Simmer

  • Lower the heat. Let the stew cook for 40 minutes. Stir sometimes.

Check the Thickness
