Cook the noodles

Prepare the sauce

Heat the pan

  • Heat a wok or large pan on high heat. Add vegetable oil and let it get hot.

Cook the beef

Add aromatics

  • Add garlic and ginger to the beef. Stir quickly for thirty seconds until fragrant.

Add vegetables

Add noodles

  • Add cooked noodles to the pan. Toss gently with beef and vegetables to combine evenly.

Add the sauce

  • Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles. Toss well so everything is coated evenly.

Finish the dish

  • Add chopped green onions. Stir-fry for one more minute until everything is hot and glossy.

Serve hot

  • Remove from heat and serve immediately while warm and fresh.

Notes

  • Slice the beef thinly against the grain for the most tender texture.
  • Use fresh noodles if available for better chew and flavor.
  • Add mushrooms or snap peas for extra vegetables.
  • Replace beef with chicken, shrimp, or tofu if preferred.
  • Add chili oil or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Use low-sodium soy sauce to control salt levels.
