Prepare the chicken

  • Cut chicken into thin strips. Add salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, egg, and cornflour. Mix well.

Rest the chicken

  • Let the marinated chicken rest for ten minutes. This helps flavors absorb better.

Fry the chicken

  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken strips until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the sauce

  • Mix soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Stir until smooth.

Heat the wok

  • Heat two tablespoons oil in a wok. Keep the flame high.

Add aromatics

  • Add chopped garlic and dried red chilies. Stir quickly until fragrant.

Add vegetables

Add sauce
