  • 1 cup Evan Williams bourbon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

Beat the Eggs

  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl until they look smooth and light.

Add the Sugar

  • Slowly add sugar while whisking. Mix until the sugar is fully gone.

Warm the Milk

  • Heat the milk on low. Do not boil it. Keep it warm.

Combine Milk and Eggs

  • Slowly pour the warm milk into the egg mixture. Whisk the whole time.

Cook the Mixture
