Ingredients
  

  • Fresh apples – 3 large
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Caramel candies – 1 cup
  • Heavy cream or milk – 2 tablespoons
  • White chocolate chips – ½ cup
  • Dark chocolate chips – ½ cup
  • Chopped nuts – ½ cup
  • Sprinkles – ¼ cup
  • Sea salt – ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
 

Wash the Apples

  • Wash apples under clean water. Dry them well. This helps caramel stick better to the apple slices.

Slice the Apples

  • Cut apples into even slices. Remove seeds carefully. Keep slices thick so they do not break.

Add Lemon Juice

  • Place apple slices in a bowl. Drizzle lemon juice over them. Toss gently to prevent browning.

Prepare the Tray

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange apple slices flat. Leave space between slices.

Melt the Caramel

  • Add caramel candies and cream to a saucepan. Heat on low. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Dip or Spoon Caramel

  • Spoon warm caramel over each apple slice. Spread gently to cover the top surface evenly.

Add Chocolate Drizzle

  • Melt white and dark chocolate separately. Drizzle over caramel-covered apple slices using a spoon.

Add Toppings

  • Sprinkle nuts, sprinkles and sea salt on top. Do this while caramel is still warm.

Chill the Slices

  • Place the tray in refrigerator. Chill for ten minutes. This helps caramel and chocolate set well.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Remove slices from fridge. Serve fresh and enjoy the sweet and crunchy flavors together.
