Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, low-fat
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: celery sticks carrot sticks, or whole-grain crackers for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish lightly with cooking spray.

Mix Creamy Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Add Chicken and Buffalo Sauce

  • Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce to the mixture. Mix well until fully combined.

Fold in Cheddar Cheese

  • Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently, keeping the mixture thick and creamy.

Transfer to Baking Dish

  • Spoon the mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula.

Top with Remaining Cheese

  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top for a bubbly, cheesy finish.

Bake Until Hot
