Ingredients
  

  • Cooked chicken breast – 2 cups shredded
  • Plain Greek yogurt low-fat – 1 cup
  • Light cream cheese softened – 4 ounces
  • Buffalo hot sauce – ½ cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese low-fat – ½ cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese low-fat – ½ cup
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
  • Cooking spray – for greasing

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Use cooked chicken breast. Shred it finely using two forks. Smaller pieces mix better and feel smoother.

Soften the Cream Cheese

  • Remove cream cheese from the fridge early. Soft cream cheese mixes easily and avoids lumps.

Mix Yogurt and Cream Cheese

  • Add Greek yogurt and cream cheese to a bowl. Mix until smooth, creamy and well blended.

Add Buffalo Sauce

  • Pour buffalo sauce into the bowl. Stir gently until the color looks even.

Season the Base

  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to spread flavor evenly.

Add the Chicken

  • Add shredded chicken to the bowl. Stir until chicken is fully coated with sauce.

Add Cheese

  • Fold in mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Save some cheese for topping later.

Prepare Baking Dish

  • Spray a baking dish lightly with cooking spray. This prevents sticking during baking.

Transfer the Mixture

  • Spoon the dip into the baking dish. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Add Cheese Topping

  • Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. This adds a golden, melted finish.

Bake the Dip
