  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 scoops unflavored or strawberry protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

Blend the Strawberries

  • Blend the strawberries until smooth. Make sure there are no chunks left.

Add Lemon and Honey

  • Add lemon juice and honey to the blended strawberries. Mix well until sweet and bright.

Warm the Water

  • Heat the water on low heat. Do not boil it or the texture may change.

Add Gelatin Slowly
