  • 1 pound bone-in chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare the vegetables

  • Wash and chop the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Keep everything ready before cooking for smooth preparation.

Heat the oil

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Let it warm gently before adding vegetables.

Cook the vegetables
