Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleaning later.

Prepare the Carrots

  • Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into equal sticks or slices so they cook evenly and look beautiful.

Make the Honey Garlic Butter
