Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios chopped

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream Butter and Sugars

  • In a large bowl, beat butter, honey and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Bake Cookies
