Ingredients
  

  • 4 –5 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 box 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box 12 oz Jackson Vanilla Wafers
  • Optional: caramel or chocolate for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pudding

  • Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes. Make it smooth and thick.

Slice the Bananas

  • Peel bananas. Cut into thin slices for layers.

Whip the Cream

  • Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form.

Layer the Wafers

  • Put a layer of wafers at the bottom of the dish. Make it even.

Add Bananas

  • Put a layer of banana slices on the wafers evenly.

Add Pudding

  • Spread half of the pudding on top of bananas and wafers. Smooth gently.

Repeat Layers

  • Add another layer of wafers, bananas, and remaining pudding.

Top with Whipped Cream

  • Spread whipped cream on top layer. Cover the pudding evenly.

Chill in Fridge

  • Cover the dish. Chill 2–3 hours before serving.
