Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts or almonds
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

Prepare Tray

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. This prevents candy from sticking and makes cleanup easy.

Melt Chocolate

  • Place semi-sweet chocolate chips in a bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.

Melt White Chocolate

  • In another bowl, melt white chocolate using the same method until creamy and smooth.

Combine Flavors

  • Stir vanilla extract into melted chocolate if using. This adds a subtle sweet aroma.

Spread Chocolate

  • Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the tray. Spread evenly using a spatula to form a thin layer.

Add Toppings

  • Sprinkle pretzels, nuts, dried cranberries and sprinkles evenly over the chocolate layer.

Drizzle White Chocolate

  • Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top for a decorative and tasty finish.

Chill Candy

  • Place tray in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes until chocolate is fully set and firm.

Break into Pieces

  • Remove from fridge and break into small pieces using hands or a knife.

Serve or Store

  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later use.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate for richer taste
  • Add crushed candy canes for peppermint flavor
  • Use pistachios or cashews instead of peanuts
  • Add coconut flakes for extra texture
  • Sprinkle sea salt for sweet and salty balance
  • Use festive sprinkles for holiday look
  • Make gift packs with small candy pieces
