Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • cups almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup dragon fruit chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mango slices for topping
  • Fresh dragon fruit cubes for topping
  • Mint leaves optional

Instructions

Add Chia Seeds

  • Put chia seeds into a mixing bowl. Pour almond milk over them. Stir well to avoid lumps.

Sweeten the Mix

  • Add honey or maple syrup. Stir again until everything mixes evenly and smoothly.

Add Vanilla

  • Pour vanilla extract into the mixture. Mix gently to spread the flavor everywhere.

Rest the Mixture

  • Cover the bowl. Place it in the fridge for 15 minutes. This helps chia seeds start thickening.

Stir Again

  • Remove bowl from fridge. Stir again well. This prevents chia seeds from clumping together.

Chill Properly

  • Return bowl to fridge. Let it rest for at least four hours or overnight.

Prepare Mango Puree

  • Add chopped mango to blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. No water needed.

Prepare Dragon Fruit

  • Blend dragon fruit lightly. Keep small chunks for texture if you like.

Check Chia Texture

  • Remove chia pudding from fridge. It should look thick and creamy like yogurt.

Layer the Pudding

  • Add chia pudding to jars. Spoon mango puree on top gently.

Add Dragon Fruit

  • Add dragon fruit layer over mango. Spread evenly using a spoon.

Repeat Layers

  • Repeat layers if jar space allows. This makes pudding look colorful and pretty.

Add Toppings

  • Top with fresh mango slices and dragon fruit cubes. Add mint leaves if desired.

Serve Cold

  • Serve chilled. Enjoy fresh flavors and creamy texture with every spoon.

Notes

  • Always stir chia seeds twice to avoid clumps.
  • Use full-fat coconut milk for extra creaminess.
  • Replace honey with agave for vegan option.
  • Add lime zest for fresh citrus flavor.
  • Mix mango puree into chia pudding for stronger mango taste.
  • Add shredded coconut for extra texture.
  • Use frozen fruits when fresh ones are unavailable.
