  • 2 –3 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • Pita bread or pita chips

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chickpeas

  • Rinse the chickpeas well. Remove loose skins for a smoother texture and drain them fully before blending.

Blend the Base

  • Place chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor. Blend until thick and smooth.

Add Water for Creaminess
