Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen dumplings
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Heat the pan

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.

Cook the dumplings

  • Place dumplings in the skillet. Cook until the bottoms become golden and crispy.

Steam the dumplings

  • Add water and cover the pan. Steam until dumplings are fully heated.

Remove dumplings

  • Take dumplings out and set them aside temporarily.

Cook vegetables

  • Add broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and bell peppers to the same pan.

Add sauce

  • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic and ginger.

Combine everything

  • Return dumplings to the pan and toss gently with vegetables and sauce.

Garnish and serve

  • Top with green onions and serve immediately.

  • Use chicken, pork or vegetable dumplings
  • Add chili sauce for heat
  • Use fresh vegetables you already have
  • Do not overcrowd the pan
  • Add sesame oil for extra flavor
