Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 bottle 750ml red wine
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

Wash the Fruits

  • Wash blackberries, orange, lemon, and apple under cold water. Dry with a clean towel.

Slice the Orange and Lemon

  • Cut orange and lemon into thin slices. Remove seeds for better taste.

Dice the Apple

  • Cut apple into small cubes. Keep skin on for color and flavor.

Add Fruit to Pitcher

  • Put blackberries, orange, lemon, and apple in a large pitcher. Mix gently.

Add Sugar

  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar on the fruit. Stir lightly to mix.

Pour Red Wine

  • Add the bottle of red wine to the pitcher. Stir gently.

Add Orange Juice

  • Pour 1/2 cup fresh orange juice. Mix all flavors together.

Chill the Sangria

  • Place pitcher in fridge for 2–4 hours. Let fruits soak in the wine.

Add Soda Before Serving

  • Pour 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda before serving. Stir gently to add fizz.

Serve Over Ice

  • Put ice in glasses. Pour sangria and enjoy.
