Ingredients
  

  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  • Set oven to 180°C. Grease a small baking dish lightly to prevent sticking during baking.

Prepare artichokes

  • Drain and chop artichoke hearts into small pieces. This helps create a smooth and even dip texture.

Mix ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and garlic. Mix until well combined.

Add seasoning

  • Add salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Stir well to balance flavors evenly.

Transfer to baking dish

  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread evenly using a spoon.
