Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups water or beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook Beef

  • In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add Aromatics

  • Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.

Add Tomatoes

  • Stir in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Mix well.

Season

  • Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and black pepper.

Add Liquid

  • Pour in water or beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Add Pasta

  • Stir in elbow macaroni and mix well.

Simmer

  • Cover and cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

Add Cheese

  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese if using, until melted and creamy.

Adjust Taste

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey for a lighter version
  • Add bell peppers for extra flavor and color
  • Use mozzarella instead of cheddar for a different taste
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes for heat
  • Cook pasta separately if you prefer firmer texture
  • Let it sit 5 minutes before serving for thicker consistency
