Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Season Chicken

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Sear Chicken

  • Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.

Cook Garlic

  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Wine

  • Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.

Make Sauce

  • Add chicken broth, cream, Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Stir well and let sauce thicken.

Return Chicken

  • Add chicken back to skillet. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked and coated in sauce.

Serve

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
