  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

Prepare Pork Chops

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper and spices evenly.
