Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  • Set oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking during baking.

Mix ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine Jiffy mix, whole corn, creamed corn, sour cream, butter, eggs and salt.

Stir well

  • Mix everything until smooth and evenly combined. Do not overmix the batter.

Pour into dish

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly using a spatula.

Bake the soufflé

  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is golden and the center is set.

Cool slightly
