Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons diced pimentos drained
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of paprika

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • In a bowl, mix butter and cheddar cheese. Beat until creamy and smooth. Add flour, salt, pepper and milk.

Form the Dough Ball

  • Mix everything until soft dough forms. Do not overmix. Wrap dough in plastic and chill for 20 minutes.

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. This prevents sticking and burning.

Shape the Crackers

  • Roll dough into small balls. Place them on tray evenly spaced. Gently press center with thumb.

Bake the Crackers
