Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter

For Dumplings

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

Melt the Butter

  • Add butter and olive oil to a large pot. Heat on medium until melted and warm.

Cook the Vegetables

  • Add onion, carrots and celery. Cook until soft and lightly golden.

Add Garlic

  • Stir in garlic. Cook for one minute until the smell becomes rich and sweet.

Pour in Broth
