  • 4 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 2 dried red chilies sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Slice the Beef

  • Cut beef into thin strips against the grain. Thin slices cook fast and stay tender. Keep pieces similar in size.

Season the Beef

  • Add salt and black pepper to beef strips. Mix well using clean hands for even seasoning.

Coat with Cornflour

  • Add cornflour to beef strips. Toss until every piece is fully coated and looks dry.

Heat the Oil
