Instructions
 

Prepare the Tofu

  • Place the tofu cubes between paper towels. Press gently to remove excess water. Dry tofu crisps better during cooking.

Coat the Tofu

  • Add cornstarch to the tofu cubes. Toss gently until all sides are lightly coated for crisp texture.

Cook the Tofu

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables
