Clean the Turkey Wings

  • Wash the turkey wings with clean water. Pat them dry using paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings

  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and oregano. Rub seasoning well on all sides.

Heat the Oil

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Let it warm properly before adding wings.

Brown the Wings

  • Place turkey wings in hot oil. Cook each side until golden brown. This step adds deep flavor.

Remove Wings

  • Take wings out of the pan. Place them in a baking dish. Set aside for later cooking.

Add Butter

  • Add butter to the same pan. Let it melt slowly while scraping brown bits from the pan.

Cook Onions

Cover and Bake

  • Cover baking dish with foil. Bake at 180°C for 90 minutes until wings are tender.

Uncover and Thicken

  • Remove foil. Bake 15 more minutes. This helps gravy thicken and wings brown nicely.

Garnish and Serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve hot with gravy spooned over turkey wings.
