Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 180°C or 350°F. Line baking pan with baking paper. Grease the sides lightly.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well in a bowl.

Add Wet Ingredients

  • Add eggs, oil, milk and vanilla. Mix gently until smooth chocolate batter forms.

  • Pour chocolate batter into prepared pan. Spread evenly using a spatula.
