  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for coffee
  • 1 package ladyfinger biscuits
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Coffee

  • Brew strong coffee and mix with sugar. Let it cool fully before using.

Whip the Cream

  • Pour cold heavy cream into a bowl. Whip until soft peaks form. Do not overwhip.

Mix Mascarpone

  • In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Combine Cream Mixtures

Dip the Ladyfingers

  • Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled coffee. Do not soak them for too long.

Repeat the Layers
