Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Melt the Butter

  • Place butter in a small saucepan. Heat on low until the butter melts completely without burning.

Add the Lemon Juice

  • Pour fresh lemon juice into the melted butter. Stir gently to mix the flavors well.

Mix in Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  • Add lemon pepper seasoning. Stir with a whisk to make the sauce smooth and balanced.

Add Garlic Powder

  • Sprinkle garlic powder into the mixture. Stir until the powder dissolves properly.

Add Lemon Zest

  • Grate fresh lemon zest into the saucepan. Mix well to boost strong lemon flavor.

Add Honey

  • Add honey to the sauce. Stir until the sauce gets slightly thick and glossy.

Season with Black Pepper

  • Sprinkle black pepper. Mix until the sauce develops a warm and spicy kick.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the sauce. Add salt, more lemon juice, or extra seasoning according to your liking.

Let It Simmer

  • Let the sauce simmer for one minute. This helps all the flavors blend together nicely.

Remove and Serve

  • Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Bottled lemon juice does not taste as bright.
