Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt optional for extra creaminess
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix or 2 tbsp homemade
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Add Cottage Cheese

  • Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor for smooth whipping.

Add Greek Yogurt

  • Add Greek yogurt if using for extra creaminess and protein boost. Blend until smooth.

Mix Seasonings

  • Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Blend until fully combined.

Add Fresh Herbs

  • Fold in chopped chives and parsley with a spatula for fresh flavor.

Chill Dip
