Ingredients
  

For Roti

  • 4 godamba roti or flatbread chopped

Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Vegetables

  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • ½ cabbage finely sliced
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped

Other Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Roti

  • Cut or shred flatbread into small bite-size pieces.

Cook the Chicken

  • Season chicken with curry powder, chili, turmeric and salt. Cook until tender.

Heat the Pan

  • Heat oil in a large wok or flat pan on high heat.

Cook Aromatics

  • Add garlic, ginger, onions and green chilies. Stir until fragrant.

Add Vegetables

  • Add cabbage and carrots. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add Chicken

  • Mix cooked chicken into the vegetables evenly.

Add Eggs

  • Push mixture aside and scramble eggs in the same pan.

Add Roti

  • Add chopped roti pieces and mix everything together.

Add Sauce

  • Pour soy sauce and sprinkle black pepper. Mix well.

Final Stir-Fry

  • Chop and mix continuously for 3 to 5 minutes.

Garnish and Serve

  • Top with green onions and serve hot.
